Everyone needs a hype woman like Leslie Jones.

Sitting front row at Christian Siriano, the SNL alum showed her appreciation for his theatrical dresses. She shook her head in shock and amazement, pretended to be dead, made a biting motion, flashed the ‘perfection’ hand sign, clutched her chest, gasped, oohed, aahed and shouted everything from “Sh-t! Goddamn!” to “Will you marry me?” Her loudest praise was reserved for Coco Rocha, who opened the show in black pants and a wide-shouldered jacket and closed it in an enormous iridescent peacock-colored pouf gown.

“Yesss! Beat your own drum, your own drum, Coco!” yelled Jones as she held up her phone to film the look.

The stoked star entertained the crowd and her celebrity seatmates, who included singer and actor Monica, “The View” co-host Whoopi Goldberg, Real Housewife Bronwyn Newport, television personality Paige DeSorbo, actor Uzo Aduba, singer Taylor Momsen and Maitreyi Ramakrishnan of “Never Have I Ever.”

An animated Natasha Lyonne chatted and giggled with fellow actor Julia Fox, who wore a graphic black-and-white suit with matching hat and polka dot stockings that she described as “very classic, very vampy.

“This look was kind of giving me Hollywood vibes,” said the fashion-forward model and actor, who plays a fictionalized version of herself in “The Moment,” the new movie starring Charli XCX. “I’ve been wearing lots of suits lately and I’m in my suit era. 36 is different. I’m growing up now. Finally!”

Siriano’s collection was equally dramatic. He sent out sculptural eveningwear, from a translucent jacket with giant ruffled sleeves to a winged bustier. There were styles that wouldn’t fit in a taxi – a sweeping plum tulle mermaid dress that wrapped and tied around the torso requires a limo – and narrower pieces, like a white fluttering leaf bolero jacket paired with a long, slim skirt. In a release, he described his collection as “the borderline between dream and reality, conscious and unconscious.”

“It was beautiful,” Jones told Alexa as she rushed backstage to congratulate the designer after the show. “Fresh, gorgeous, sexy, vampire-y.”

She’s the ultimate confidence booster.
