In the grand tradition of Lenny Kravitz, it is officially big scarf season. Nobody, it seems, is more excited (well, besides Kravitz) than Doja Cat.

Yesterday, the singer showed off her travel style at New York’s JFK Airport. She wore a red, white, and black checked scarf sweater from Marni, which she layered between a crisp white button-up and a black wool coat. The floor-sweeping scarf definitely stole the show, but we can’t ignore Doja’s ‘It’ bag—a black leather Margaux from The Row. She accessorized her plane ’fit with a pair of black leather pointy-toe boots, small oval tortoiseshell sunglasses, and silver over-ear headphones.

When it came to her fall-friendly fashion, Doja Cat took a much different route than Kravitz, who remains the ultimate giant scarf influencer. Kravitz paired his knit blanket-like scarf with distressed jeans, slouchy ankle boots, a knit beanie, and a leather jacket, for a more hipster, bohemian shtick (we can imagine him carrying a guitar case in this outfit), while Doja kept it sleek and sophisticated. No matter which way you go, though, we’re just happy that we can finally break out the enormous scarves.
