Emma Slater is a baddie in a bikini.
Slater, 37, celebrated her birthday in a sexy swimsuit while reflecting on her year via Instagram on Tuesday, December 30. While posing poolside, the Dancing With the Stars pro stunned in a festive set featuring blue, red, pink and green patterns throughout. Her top was complete with triangle cups and halter straps, as well as a gold pendant and a pearl dangling from the center of her chest.
Slater, who celebrated her 37th birthday on December 25, teamed the top with low-waisted bottoms, which highlighted her toned figure. Her bottoms featured the same pattern and thin straps that hugged her hips.
The dancer added a touch of glam to her look with a gold bangle, a chain necklace and a circular pendant. She tied her look together with black sunglasses with a brown rim.
Slater gave the camera a soft smile while going makeup-free. She wore her platinum blonde hair down and parted in the middle.
“My birthday lands right at the end of the year so naturally I do a lot of reflection and some healthy assessment of my values around this time,” Slater captioned the post.
Slater opened up about struggling in the past, sharing, “I didn’t really know what I was doing, all the years of people pleasing and having zero boundaries caught up to me and so naturally I wasn’t used to listening to what I wanted. I was even out of practice hearing what I needed and what wasn’t good for me. In all aspects of my life. It’s taken years, but now I have found such peace in backing myself. I’m my own best friend now.” Slater continued, gushing that now she’s “gentle” on herself and speaks “her truth.”
“I now really enjoy this continuous love for myself and I know this is a nurtured commitment that I make. If you feel like you’ve also grown up people pleasing, you’ll know the feeling of having to make a conscious decision to actively choose yourself,” she wrote. “I hope 2026 you can hear your voice stronger. I hope in 2026 you can drop serving people who don’t serve you and I hope in 2026 you choose you.”
This upcoming year, Slater shared that she looks forward to “reaching people” who might be going through something similar. “I want to show others how good they deserve to feel. This is truly the value of life to me. And by far enough,” she said.

Slater’s boyfriend, fellow Dancing With the Stars pro Alan Bersten, and more of their Dancing With the Stars friends and costars complimented Slater’s bikini pics in the comments section.
“HOT 😍,” Bersten, 31, wrote. Secret Lives of Mormon Wives’ Jen Affleck, who competed on season 34 of DWTS, added, “🔥🔥🔥.” DWTS troupe member Hailey Bills commented, “You’re the best! 🙌🏽🙌🏽 and such a baddie.”
