Selena Gomez’s engagement to Benny Blanco is the adorable gift that keeps on giving — and the producer has shared another glimpse of the romantic moment.
Blanco, 36, shared a brief video via Instagram and TikTok of his new fiancée clinking glasses with him to celebrate their happy milestone. The clip was soundtracked by a clip from her song “Good for You,” which features the lyric “I’m a marquise diamond” — the very jewel her ring finger is now adorned with.
The singer, 32, first announced the couple’s engagement via Instagram on Wednesday, December 11, when she shared a shot of her ring, captioned with the words, “Forever begins now.” The couple got together in June 2023, initially meeting years prior when Gomez first pivoted to making music as well as acting.
Blanco’s latest social posts also confirmed that the proposal took place on a soundstage styled as a park, complete with a Taco Bell picnic. The moment was seemingly professionally filmed, causing some fans to speculate that the whole event was sponsored by Gomez’s favorite fast food outlet — which the company denied.
“We can hear the wedding bells now!” Taco Bell told Mashed in a statement. “We’re honored to play even the smallest of roles in their love story, and especially during such a memorable moment. Nothing says ‘I Do’ like a Mexican Pizza, here’s to a forever love!”

Taco Bell has had a strong presence in Gomez and Blanco’s relationship since the start, with Blanco previously showing a similar romantic gesture to his future wife before his proposal. “She also likes something so simple,” he told People earlier this year. “For Valentine’s Day, I got her Taco Bell, I made her movie theater nachos, I found her favorite pickles from Texas, and I deep-fried them for her.”
Last month, Gomez shared an image of Blanco via Instagram with the words, “Not only do you love me unconditionally… You always get me my Taco Bell Mexican pizza.”
