90 Day Fiancé alum Leida Margaretha is facing 24 felony charges in Wisconsin for various alleged crimes, including wire fraud, forgery and theft.
According to court documents viewed by Us Weekly on Saturday, January 17, Margaretha, 36, pleaded not guilty to at least some of the 24 felony counts during a court hearing at the Juneau County Justice Center on January 5, 2026. (TMZ was the first to report the news.)
In total, Margaretha is facing six counts of wire fraud against a financial institution, 10 counts of forgery, seven counts of bail jumping and one count of theft of between $10,000 to $100,000 from a business. The crimes allegedly occurred between November 2023 and March 2024.
Margaretha has not been arrested at this time and is scheduled to appear in court at the Juneau County Justice Center on Wednesday, February 18.
Us has reached out to representatives for Margaretha and the Juneau County District Attorney’s Office for comment.
In September 2025, Us learned that Wisconsin prosecutors filed two felony charges against Margaretha for allegedly committing identity theft. The reality star was accused of making fraudulent transactions with her employers’ money.
The alleged identity theft occurred in 2023, when Margaretha used information she obtained illegally about a second business to make additional fraudulent charges.
Margaretha was also arrested in July 2025 on charges of bond jumping. The 90 Day star denied the offense at the time and insisted there was a mixup with paperwork. (Margaretha was ultimately released from custody but ordered to surrender her passport.)

Fans of 90 Day Fiancé will remember Margaretha from the sixth season in 2018, when she married Eric Rosenbrook. Margaretha initially filed for separation from Rosenbrook in July 2025, citing domestic incidents as the cause of their marriage breakdown, though the couple asked the court to dismiss the case the following month.
Weeks earlier, Rosenbrook and Margaretha announced the death of their newborn daughter Alisa Eleanor Rosenbrook.
“It destroys me and shatters my world to announce that over the weekend tragedy has struck,” Rosenbrook announced via Facebook on July 10, 2025. “Yesterday at 12:53 PM after 5 days on life support, my beloved daughter, little Alisa Eleanor Rosenbrook, slipped the surely bonds to join her grandfather Tom.”
He concluded, “I do not want well wishes or questions. I will not [answer] anything, read or reply. I ask just for prayers for her.”
However, Margaretha’s attorney, Taylor Hart, later denied all allegations of wrongdoing related to her newborn daughter’s death in a statement to Us.
“Sadly, on July 8, 2025, Alisa Rosenbrook (daughter of Eric and Leida) was removed from life support and passed away,” Hart said in a statement at the time. “Over the past two years, Leida and her husband tried desperately for a child.”
Hart’s statement went on, “They tried, and hoped, and prayed, but they unfortunately suffered many setbacks including multiple miscarriages. The loss of Alisa is a tragedy. Eric and Leida are both actively grieving and they ask for your privacy, sympathy and understanding during this difficult time.”
The attorney clarified that, at the time, “the cause and manner of Alisa’s death [were] unknown” and that there were no grounds to suspect Margaretha of wrongdoing.
“Leida is extremely distraught and is still seeking answers for herself. She loved her baby beyond measure and is struggling with the emotions of losing her child,” Hart said. “There are many allegations of wrongdoing being levied against Leida.”
The lawyer concluded, “This is no surprise as she has endured years of unfounded negative publicity and social media attention since her appearance on 90 Day Fiancé in [2018]. Leida would have never harmed her child and she adamantly denies any allegations of wrongdoing.”
