Just when you thought you’d seen and heard it all in the 90 Day Fiancé franchise, TLC finds a woman named Lisa.
In Us Weekly’s exclusive sneak peek of the Sunday, December 21, episode of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days, viewers get to learn even more details about Lisa’s relationship history before she met a Nigerian man via social media.
“I have never used a condom before. Every male I was with I married,” she reveals in the preview. “I have been married five times. Husband No. 1? I was young. I was dumb, and it led to an annulment.”
Her second husband led to the birth of her daughter named Faith. After a few years, however, Lisa, 51, realized the father of her child made a “better friend than he made a husband.”
“Husband No. 3: He was actually my favorite of all of them,” she continues. “He was a really good guy. So why did I leave him? I realized I was a lesbian and for the past 21 years, I’ve been with women only.”
According to Lisa, women are “nice and curvy and soft.” And yes, she’s married two different ladies, but neither of them worked out.
“To be quite honest with you, I wasn’t even thinking that I’d be interested in a man after 21 years,” she says. “But sure enough, Daniel came along.”

The 39-year-old Nigerian man first connected with Lisa via social media. What came next were heartfelt video messages and thoughtful texts that Lisa couldn’t ignore.
“He’s not built like a woman in any sense of the way, shape or form. I don’t know what it is,” she says in a confessional interview while laughing. “We didn’t know each other from Adam or Eve. At first, I thought this is a scam artist. He is a smooth operator. He says the sweetest, most charming things I’ve ever heard.”
So what exactly is this man texting Lisa? Lucky for viewers, TLC producers have the messages.

“God showed me your face. My mom told me I’d end up with an oyinbo (white woman) and that she’d be older,” Daniel wrote in a series of texts. “You are an angel sent to me. Please believe me. You are God’s gift to my life.”
According to TLC, Lisa is planning on flying across the world to meet Daniel in person. Before she packs her bags, however, she’s unsure if his conservative family will accept her past.
